Welcome to Think Ten, a trivia game brought to you by Longjump Media Corp. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Think Ten app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
By using Think Ten, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. Think Ten is designed to be enjoyed by families and players of all ages. Players under 13 should play with a parent or guardian.
Think Ten does not currently require user accounts to play. If accounts are introduced, users will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under their account.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

The freemium version may display third-party ads. Clicking on these ads is at your own discretion. We do not control the content or availability of third-party websites or services.
Think Ten is provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or continuously available. Trivia content is intended for entertainment only; we make no guarantees as to its accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longjump Media Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
